Abstract :A jet shower observed in a G-5 nuclear emulsion is interpreted as an incident α-particle of very high energy colliding with a nucleon in nuclear emulsion and producing a narrow cone of 18 charged π-mesons. The energy of the incident α-particle is estimated as 1.2×10^<12> ev by the half-angle method. Assuming that the angular distribution of the particles close to the shower axis is similar to the one produced by the nucleon-nucleon collision, the angular distribution of the shower particles within a very narrow solid angle (about 10^<-4> sterad.) is studied. Assuming the angular distribution as θdθ/θ^n, this jet shower and other are analyzed, and it is concluded F(θ)dθ=(1/θ)θdθ.
